Retail Box Software:
At Certified Software Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our physical software titles. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your physical product, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
To be eligible for a refund, your software must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 2 business days.
We do not refund shipping costs for returned retail box software, unless the item is defective or we made an error in shipping.

Please note that we are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages during return shipping.
Due to the nature of downloadable software, once an activation key has been issued, we are unable to offer refunds, except in cases of defective products. We will, however, offer full remote support to help you resolve any issues that you may be experiencing with the product.
